Return Policy for Candles

 

At BLIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your candle purchase. If you are not happy with your candle scent or it does not burn sufficiently, we offer a hassle-free return process.

 

Unsatisfactory Scent:

 

If you are unsatisfied with the scent of your candle, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the candle to us for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the candle must be unused, and in its original packaging.

 

Inefficient Burning:

 

If you have a candle that is not burning efficiently, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the candle to us for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the candle must have at least 75% of its wax remaining and be in its original packaging.

 

Receipt of Damaged or Broken Goods :

 

Thank you for choosing us for purchasing candles. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a broken or damaged candle during shipment. Please read our return policy below:

 

- If you receive a broken or damaged candle during shipment, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order, and provide us with a picture of the damaged product.

- We will review the pictures supplied and once approved we will refund or exchange the damaged candle.

- Our policy only applies if the candle is damaged during shipment. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for broken or damaged candles that occur after delivery.

- We advise that you retain the original packaging and shipping label for damaged items in case of inspection by the delivery company.

- The refund amount will only cover the cost of the candle, shipping fees will not be refunded.

- Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process either a refund or product exchange.

Return shipping:

 

The customer will be responsible for shipping the candle back to us. Once we receive the candle, we will process the return, and the customer will receive a refund to their original payment method, or an exchange will be shipped promptly.
